Excellent, before you get started please make sure you have everything ready.
Below are the details of what documents you’ll need to get started.
Please ensure you have the following to hand
One document from List A and One document from List B or C.
If you cannot provide an item from List A, you should provide
One item from List B and One item from List C.
Please also ensure you have your more recent payslip available in addition to the proof of identity documents.
List A
- Valid Passport
- Valid Photo Card Drivers Licence (Full or Provisional)
- National Identity Card (Non UK Nationals)
- Firearms or Shotgun Licence
- Identity Card issued by the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland
- HM Forces ID Ca
List B
- Valid (Paper) Full UK Driving Licence
- Letter confirming entitlement to state or local authority benefits
- Instrument of a court appointment
- Child benefit award letter
- Pension award letter
- Notice of Tax Coding (current year)
List C
- Utility Bill (within the last 3 months)
- Bank, Building Society or Credit Card Statement (within the last 3 months)
- Mortgage statement (current year)
- Car Insurance Certificate (current year)
- Council Tax Demand (current year)
- Mail Order Statement (within the last 3 months)
For all Junior accounts we also must have the following:
If none of the below are available we can accept a letter from the child’s school on headed paper, this must confirm the child’s name, address and date of birth.
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Child Benefit Document
- Child Tax Credit Documentation
- National Insurance Card (Age 16 and over)
Please also ensure you have your more recent payslip available in addition to the proof of identity documents.
