It’s been a momentous year so far for your NHS Credit Union with huge changes in the way services are delivered to our members. The changes impact on every aspect of the business, so this seems an appropriate time to update you on what it all means for you.
In order to improve accessibility to our products and services we have invested heavily in our telephone system, with increased automation making it possible for you to set up a PiN number which will allow you to access information about your account at any hour of the day or night. To set up the service for the first time, simply call the office and talk to a member of staff.

This service enhancement has just been launched and marks the completion of a previous commitment from the credit union board to continue to invest in our systems.
Another development has been the overhaul of our website where members can now apply for loans online.
It’s an exciting time to be part of our financial family, and with changes on this scale being implemented, members have had a big part to play. With any automated system, security is paramount – and the NHS Credit Union is no exception. This has meant members have had to change password and login details for the website, as well as provide new registration details for telephone banking access.

Welcoming the launch of the new service, General Manager Robert Kelly thanked all members for their co-operation and patience.

Robert also paid tribute to the tireless efforts of the Credit Union staff who were working flat out to deal with a huge surge in business following the website revamp.
